By checking out of our store you willingly enter into an agreement as the “Buyer” and with Amicas as the “Seller”.

Refunds can be processed before shipment and upon “Buyer” request. Subsequent returns, after shipment, must be shipped back to Amicas at the “Buyers” expense and items must be received in perfect condition by the “Seller” before any refund can be processes.

Delivery options are provided in the checkout workflow and will be delivered within the USA via USPS in the method the “buyer” chooses. We take no responsibility for incorrect shipping addresses provided by the “Buyer” and or the delivery service offered by the USPS.
